For Your Convenience
For your Comfort, you may wear a bathing suit during most body spa treatments. This includes the Vichy Shower treatments. We also provide robes, slippers and lockers for personal items.

Please consult with our Customer Service Representative when booking group appointments. For group appointments a credit card number will be required.

When booking a service, please inform the Customer Service Representative if you have any specific health issues or may be pregnant. Remember to request extra time between services if desired.

For Your Visit
We request that you leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please ensure that your cell phone/pager is not audible during your spa visit.

Please no children under the age of 12 years allowed in the spa environment.

All products used are available for purchase by recommendation in our Retail Boutique.

Remember to book your next Salon and/or Spa visit before you leave.

Arriving Late Please note that all treatment times are approximate. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so that the next client will not be affected.

Cancellation Policy We require 24 hour notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. For spa packages and multiple service bookings, we require 48 hour notice for cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if you do not meet the requirement.
